MissionTo provide the highest standard of Osteopathic Manual Therapy in London, Ontario.
Brydget van Lankveld, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner"Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for life."
Osteopathic Manual Therapy is my passion because it is designed to enable the body's natural healing mechanisms, there-by allowing self-'sustenance.' Osteopathic Philosophy views the body as a self-regulating machine, fully enabled by the dynamic interaction of the multiple organ systems. By optimizing these systems, we encourage the body's innate ability of self-healing. I have benefited from Osteopathic Manual Treatment extensively in the past, and am happy to offer that benefit to others today. I obtained my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario. Today, I am an active member of the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinic of Canada, the Canadian Alternative Medicine Alliance, the College of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners of Ontario, and the College of Registered Manual Osteopaths. I work alongside a diverse team of health-care professionals out of the Aquafit Physiotherapy Clinic in London, Ontario, where we offer a multi-faceted approach to muscle, joint and neural conditions. I proudly offer thorough assessment, client-centered care and outcome-based treatment. I focus on rehabilitating chronic-pain patients and enabling full-body wellness. |
